What you get
Insider Tracker shows insider transactions reported to the SEC on Form 4, grouped and scored as described on the About page. The data comes from SEC EDGAR and from public price data; sources are listed there.
Not investment advice
Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a security, and no score is a forecast. This is a research tool, not investment advice. Decisions you take are your own; talk to a licensed adviser if you need advice.
Accuracy
Filings contain errors, are amended, and arrive late. Prices are end-of-day and can be missing. Sectors are approximate. We show missing data as missing, but we do not guarantee that the data is complete, correct or current, and the service is provided as it is.
Fair use
One account per person. Do not resell the data or the downloads, and do not load the site with automated requests beyond normal reading.
Changes
We may change the service and these terms. If you have an account, we tell you about a material change by e-mail.
